Excellent pool and sun lounger area. Staff were lovely - efficient and very friendly.
Small kitchen. There were 3 of us staying and the 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable for us. However, it was advertised to sleep 6 and I think this would be a problem as the sofa bed was small and uncomfortable.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. , the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a few restaurants. Another advantage was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.
The staff was not helpful or friendly at all, and they seemed to be bothered by our presence. there was a noise issue during the night, with loud music and guests talking loudly in the hallway.

I recently had a fantastic holiday on Menorca Island at a hotel right on the beach and close to all the eateries. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I loved being able to walk down the wall and enjoy the stunning views. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the hotel had great facilities, including a nearby water park. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
That the evening entertainment could have been better. While the daytime activities were fun and engaging, the entertainment in the evenings didn't quite match up.

Had a great weekend at this hotel. The customer service offered by the staff was phenomenal, always friendly and willing to help. The hotel has two pools which are very well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing swim. The food served during the all-inclusive package is excellent, with a variety of options that cater to all tastes. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and some great bars and restaurants.
The rooms were a bit dated and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The noise from nearby bars and clubs could be heard late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being in a really good place and easily accessible to the main area of food and attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly and always ready to assist us with our needs. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was well-appointed, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. we were impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.
